We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are processed in 2–3 working days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

We use eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging to keep your candles safe and sustainable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened candles in their original packaging. To start a return, use our contact form.

Customers cover return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
